Need to stay active over the summer?  Come join other club members in one of our fitness classes!  Yoga classes are well attended and are a great way to start off your day.  See the Calendar of Events for class types and schedule.  

Mondays 10:00 – 11:00am: Joe Fitness bodyweight conditioning
Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00am: Erin Power Flow Yoga
Wednesdays – no classes
Thursday 10:00 – 11:00am: Joe Fitness bodyweight conditioning
Friday 10:00 – 11:00am: Optional for Joe Active Stretch

New in 2021, the Club is pleased offer group fitness classes with personal trainer Joe Laleune. Each class will provide a unique full body workout primarily using body weight movements and minimal equipment. Each workout will start with a warm-up, movement break down, main workout portion and a fun finisher. The focus will be on improving quality of movement, base strength, muscle tone, and overall health. Visit Joe’s website HERE.

Returning once again, ever-popular yoga instructor Erin Anderson will lead a weekly hour-long session of Power Flow yoga.
