This powerful vinyasa flow class will tone and strengthen your body and restore and elevate your energy. The practice is adaptable to every level, so come as you are and get ready to sweat and shine

Joanna was born and raised in Kenora and has spent every summer of her life on Lake of the Woods, exploring mostly by sailboat and canoe. In 2007, she moved west and has been living and playing in the coastal mountains since. Joanna is trained as a power yoga teacher. She is interested in bringing people together and teaching powerful yoga classes. She loves sweaty yoga, deep stretches and exploring arm balances. You never know what’s possible until you try! Joanna guides her students through creative sequences to awaken, gain strength and maintain mobility in all parts of the body.

Power hour with Joe LaLeune
Mondays and Fridays at 9:30

A 60-minute class tailored for all fitness levels looking to maintain their fitness routine through the summer months. We will use body weight, resistance bands, and some weight to get a great full body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

Joe LaLeune lives and works in Winnipeg as a personal trainer. He runs his own personal training business, Three Phase Fitness, training clients across Canada and the US both in person and online. Joe’s holistic approach to training and coaching has transformed his clients lives. By focusing on the big picture, he looks at all aspects of healthy living including nutrition, sleep, physical activity and overall lifestyle.
