Fitness Class with Joe LaLeune

A 60-minute class tailored for all fitness levels looking to maintain their fitness routine through the summer months. We will use body weight, resistance bands, and some weight to get a great full body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

Joe LaLeune lives and works in Winnipeg as a personal trainer. He runs his own personal training business, Three Phase Fitness, training clients across Canada and the US both in person and online. Joe’s holistic approach to training and coaching has transformed his clients lives. By focusing on the big picture, he looks at all aspects of healthy living including nutrition, sleep, physical activity and overall lifestyle.

Slow & Deep Flow with Betsy Harris

Betsy Harris is an instructor and owner of the Lakeside Yoga Collective in Kenora. Betsy is a seasoned instructor having coached Nordic Skiing for many years, and having taught yoga at MVMNT and at LOTW yoga studio. Over the years her interest in fitness has ranged from running, Bootcamp, CrossFit, skiing, hiking and yoga. Betsy loves the outdoors and nature and is often planning her next hiking adventure.

>Betsy has her 200hr YTT and loves teaching a variety of different styles of classes- beginners, power, vinyasa, restorative, and specialized classes like “yoga for runners”.

Enjoy Betsy’s class every Tuesday at the RLWYC this summer, you’re bound to feel limber after every class.

Joanna Berringer – Power Yoga with Joanna

Joanna has been practicing yoga over over 10 years and has been teaching since 2017. Over the past decade, Joanna has practiced and taught a lot of sweaty yoga, created friendships, and dug deep into personal inquiry. With her eyes set on sharing this empowering practice with as many people as possible, Joanna is excited to be back in her home town of Kenora and teaching at the Club. Joanna brings heart, humour and heat to every class she teaches.
