Sweaty Power Vinyasa with Lila Degagne
Thursdays 9:30 – 10:30 am (60 mins)

I was born and raised in the small town of kenora and later pursued a profession working at a local Architecture Firm for several years as an Architectural Technician. I loved my job, but at the same time I found a passion for yoga and inversions. It was in 2019 when I decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training Program offered locally through Karla Treadway to deepen my understanding of yoga. I never pictured myself being a teacher but right after completion I jumped straight into yoga teaching part time! I later ventured off on my own, taught students online, moved to Ottawa and back, built a small community, and continued my education by completing a Pre/Postnatal Yoga Program as my fiance and I found out I was expecting. Fast forward ten months into motherhood and raising a beautiful baby girl – I am now in a place where I can thrive again with practicing and teaching my favourite style of Yoga – a Power Vinyasa Flow.
